Photography is literally painting with light, but when and how... a lifetime to master and to discover.
Qualifications are not really necessary but for the record I have obtained  CPAGB distinction and also BPE1*.

Kit does not really matter as a good photographer will take good pictures whatever the camera. The skill is behind the shutter.
However, for all it is worth my kit comprises of:
